Breathing Happy. Creator and Contributor
Breathing Happy can be interpreted in many ways. It is the only the individual that can determine what their Breathing Happy signifies, so all interpretations have the possibility of being valid.
For me, Breathing Happy is about never settling with a hand dealt that you have not chosen or live a life that is expected if it is not the future wished for oneself.
Breathing Happy. Breathing Free. Breathing Curious. Breathing Enlightenment. Breathing Contentment.
Just as breathing is consistent, effortless and unquestioned - moving in the direction of happiness and growth should be just as simple.
Breathing Happy. Is.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”

By the time I had graduated College I felt fairly well traveled, relative to my colleagues that is. I had been to South Africa, Australia, throughout the Caribbean islands, Hawaii and all over Europe.
But then it dawned on me: I have been all over the world and yet, right here in my own county… I am insanely UNTRAVELED!?
I lived in Florida my whole life, with the exception of my recent 2.5 year stint in Los Angeles, and I’ve visited family in Virginia and Wisconsin in my younger years but aside from that, really, nowhere else.
I want to hike the Rockies! I want to see the Redwoods, Niagara Falls, CANADA, Montana, rock out in Nashville, get weird in Austin, see the plains of Oklahoma, take a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, explore Chicago, Portland, Savannah and so so so much more.
So bring it on, ‘Merica! Whatchu got?
